Six inverted postures
Headstand is said to be the king of the yoga asanas. The muscylar, nervous, respiratory, circulatory, endocrine, digestive, elominative, and reproductive systems all benefit from the practice of the headstand. It is not an overstantemen to say that if you stand on your head for a few minutes each day, your whole outlool on life can be improved.
